The same passion that led us to open our first restaurant 75 years ago with high quality products and a kitchen team composed of the best of the best. Since then a lot has changed, including trends, customs, tastes and the people who have been writing our history, but our spirit and passion for cooking remain intact, as well as our desire to learn, create and elaborate new dishes that later become culinary trends.
The doors of our kitchen are always open to our customers. We like to get involved in designing the menu, engaging with each client and designing personalized culinary proposals that pay attention to every last detail.
